Create a Survey Portfolio

1)     Design a cover page using your computer: 
Your cover page must include....
   1. An Appropriate Title
   2. An Appropriate Picture
   3. Your Name


2)    Use your data collected from your Question #1 to make a Stem and Leaf Plot. 

3)    Use your data collected from your Question #1 to find the range, mean, median and mode.
      Enter your data into an Excel Spreadsheet, sort it, and print it.

4)    Create a data table to tally your results for Question #2.  Use your data from Question #2 to
      make a bar graph.

5)    Use your data from Question #3 to make a frequency table and a histogram.

6)  Use your data from Question #4 to create the data display of your choice.  It must be
      something other than the things you were asked to do in numbers 2-5 above.  Some
      examples may be a circle graph, a Box-and-Whiskers plot, or a double bar graph.

7)  Write a conclusion paragraph about your survey and your survey the results.

8)  Compile hard copies of all the above components of your portfolio and turn it in to your teacher by the due date.
